Do you service VRV and VRF systems?
Yes. Puraza provides technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for VRV and VRF systems. The work is scoped after assessing the equipment and site.
Can you diagnose DC inverter AC faults?
Yes. Troubleshooting and diagnostics for DC inverter systems are part of our technical services. Any repair scope is confirmed based on the findings.
Do you repair AC systems as well as maintain them?
Yes. We offer troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs and preventive or scheduled maintenance, depending on the system and the confirmed scope.
Can you install or replace a complete HVAC system?
Yes. Puraza provides HVAC installation and complete system replacement. Equipment, capacity, modifications and scope are determined by the site requirements and confirmed after assessment.
Do you offer HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts?
Yes. AMCs may include scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance, according to the contract agreed for your systems.
Do you service AHUs, FAHUs and chillers?
Yes, for commercial properties. AHU and FAHU technical servicing and maintenance are part of our commercial HVAC capability, and chiller maintenance is available within the confirmed scope. AHU/FAHU unit cleaning and commercial duct cleaning are separate hygiene scopes.
