Three separate hygiene scopes
Commercial HVAC hygiene can cover the AC units, the AHU/FAHU units and the building duct network. Each is a separate scope. They can be quoted together on one project, but none is included automatically with another.
Commercial AC & HVAC cleaning
For split, cassette, ducted/concealed, FCU and package-unit systems where applicable. This follows the same scope as our AC & Duct Deep Cleaning service.
Typical scope, where present and applicable:
- Applicable AC/HVAC unit components
- Supply and return ductwork
- Grilles, vents and diffusers
- Drain trays and condensate lines
- Disinfection after cleaning where applicable
Does not include AHU/FAHU unit cleaning, fresh-air ductwork or building duct networks.

Commercial only. Cleaning of the air handling unit (AHU) or fresh air handling unit (FAHU) itself.
Depending on unit design, access and agreed scope:
- Fresh-air or return-air intake section
- Filtration
- Cooling / treatment section
- Fan section
- Drain tray
- Condensate drainage
- Other applicable accessible internal surfaces
Disinfection may follow physical cleaning on applicable surfaces where included in the agreed scope.
Connected ductwork is not included. It is scoped separately under commercial duct cleaning.

Commercial only. Cleaning of the building duct network, assessed and scoped separately for each project.
Depending on the agreed project scope:
- Supply ductwork

Disinfection of applicable duct surfaces may follow physical cleaning where included in the agreed scope and suitable for the duct material.
AHU/FAHU unit cleaning is not included automatically. It can be quoted alongside as a separate scope.

Equipment, capacity and scope are confirmed after assessment. AMC scope and terms are agreed per site.

A separate Disinfection & Sanitisation service is available for commercial premises and can be scoped independently from HVAC work.
Commercial service questions
Do you work on commercial HVAC systems?
Yes. Puraza provides commercial HVAC hygiene and technical services. Technical support covers VRV, VRF, DC inverter, split, ducted, cassette, FCU, package and central HVAC systems, as well as AHUs, FAHUs and chillers within the confirmed scope.
Is AHU/FAHU cleaning included with duct cleaning?
No. AHU/FAHU unit cleaning and commercial duct cleaning are separate scopes. Unit cleaning covers the AHU or FAHU itself. Connected ductwork is assessed and quoted separately. The two can be quoted together on one project.
Do you clean fresh-air ducts?
Yes, for commercial projects. Fresh-air ductwork can be included in a commercial duct cleaning project where it forms part of the agreed scope. It is not included in AC & Duct Deep Cleaning, and it is not offered for apartments or villas.
Do you provide VRV/VRF maintenance?
Yes. We provide maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs for VRV and VRF systems. The work is scoped after assessing the equipment and the site.
Do you offer commercial AMCs?
Yes. Annual Maintenance Contracts may include scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance. Contract scope and terms are agreed per site, based on the systems covered.
Is an inspection required before a quotation?
It depends on the job. For commercial or technically complex work, a site inspection may be required so we can assess the equipment, access and site conditions before confirming the scope and quotation. Simpler jobs may be quoted from the details you share.
